Chardonnay, a direct descendant of Pinot Noir, is a flexible varietal that is able to accurately interpret the subtle variations of the climate in which it grows. With a nod to Chablis, France, our Chardonnay reveals delicate notes of citrus, green apple, silex stone and acacia. Partial aging in neutral lad helps the wine develop subtle yet sophisticated aromas of blossoms, nuts and honey, polished off with a fresh, mineral-laden finish.

Notes from the Winemaker - Bees-wax and pollen mix with white flowers and citrus.  On the palate fresh meyer lemon and Thai basil linger over a raw almond finish.  A true "Chablisienne" river pebble like minerality persists throughout.

Our wines will be available to mailing list members on a limited basis starting this Winter 2018.
