2021 was a very cool vintage which give the grapes a chance to hang on the vine longer than usual, resulting in more complexity without losing the low PH and high acid. White pepper and spices in the aromatics is fresh and vibrant in the mouth with hints of red plum & cocoa on the palate. Case Production: 88
